Pricing: For accurate pricing, please call, email your project specifications including, letter size quantity, color, material, mounting guides and accessories required for assembly, any drawings or files are all helpful.
Shipping: Unless a shipper is specified, we will select one best suited. Customer retains all risk and expense. Additional crate charges may apply to some items. All shipments are inspected and in good condition when turned over to the carrier. In case of damage, keep al packaging materials including the box or crate for inspection by shipper. Contact Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic immediately. Due to the nature of the product, contents may be damaged without exterior signs of box damage. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred in shipping, although we will assist with damage claims. Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic will not reimburse for any repair or rework you choose to do without Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic written permission.
Limited Warranty: Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic will repair, or at its option, replace any product we manufacture that fails due to defective workmanship for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding its products. Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic shall not be liable for damages beyond the price paid to Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic for the product manufactured by Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Liability: Limited to the replacement of merchandise supplied by Graphic Spider / Custom Acrylic is not responsible for loss or damage related to use or installation by others.
Cancellations & Returns: Due to the nature of our business, products are custom made to order and are not returnable. If you cancel an order, you are responsible for any work in progress and the cost of any specially ordered materials.
